Planned Reliability Upgrade: Monitors Paused, Temporary Saved Result Inconsistencies Expected

To finalize the transition, we will be applying a final set of changes that require downtime. This work will be announced separately once scheduled. Monitors and alerts are now being restored and will resume by Nov 10.

Over the coming two weeks, we’ll be completing a critical upgrade to our underlying patent data infrastructure as part of a long-planned reliability and performance initiative. This work was accelerated following our recent data audit uncovered an alignment issue that we’re addressing now to ensure a smooth transition and more stable performance going forward.

During this period:

• Patent monitors will be paused temporarily.
• Some saved results may display with updated or temporarily inconsistent titles but the underlying data will not be affected.
• Search will continue to function normally, and your underlying data remains fully safe and secure.
