All previously identified issues have been resolved. We’re now running a final database scan to update and verify those fixes. This process is expected to take approximately five more hours to complete. Once it’s finished, we’ll begin restoring service.

QA has been completed but uncovered more issues than we anticipated, requiring additional time to address. We’re making steady progress, but the remaining work will take several more hours to complete. Our team continues to work around the clock, and we’re aiming to restore full service as soon as possible.
This is a major system upgrade that will deliver expanded data coverage, improved search accuracy, and a wide range of other enhancements.
We’re very sorry that this process has taken longer than planned. Some of the delay was also caused by multiple networking outages from our cloud provider during the downtime which we should have communicated about more proactively. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we finish this important migration and ensure a stable, reliable upgrade.

Our scheduled system upgrade is taking longer than expected. Final QA processes, which validate and verify data integrity, are requiring more time than planned. Additionally, network issues with one of our cloud providers have caused unexpected delays. Maintenance has been extended by one additional day. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this major upgrade safely and thoroughly. We’ll do our best to finish verification sooner and will post updates here as progress continues.

On Monday Nov 10th Amplified will be unavailable for planned downtime. Following our recent system maintenance, we will be applying the final upgrade steps over the weekend beginning Saturday, Nov 8 and expect service disruptions. If we are able to complete the transition sooner than expected, we will notify you and service may be available on Monday.
Any monitors and alerts scheduled during downtime will resume automatically after the upgrade completes. For example, if you have a monitor scheduled for Monday morning, it will run once the system is back online that evening and you will receive the alert at that time.
