Earlier today, our search cluster experienced a failure, and the most recent recovery snapshots after April are not functioning as expected. The good news is that no customer data has been lost and all patent data will be fully restored. However, the process requires additional reindexing and recalculation steps, which means we cannot yet provide an exact restoration time. Our engineering team is working around the clock to bring the service back online as quickly as possible.

At this stage, we expect recovery to take hours to days rather than minutes. We will share more precise timing as soon as our investigation concludes.
